Apps operated on behalf of restaurants
Menuro provides technology services on behalf of restaurant clients. When you interact with a restaurant's branded app powered by Menuro, your information is collected for and on behalf of that restaurant, subject to their own policies where applicable.

Cookies and analytics on menuro.io
Our marketing website (menuro.io) uses the following third-party tools. They may set cookies or use similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived, your browser and device type, and your approximate location based on your IP address.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — to measure site traffic and understand which pages lead to demo requests. See how Google uses this information. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — to measure the results of our ads and show Menuro ads to people who have visited our site. You can manage this in your Meta ad preferences.
- Crisp (Crisp IM SAS) — to run the live chat on our site. If you start a chat, Crisp stores your messages and any contact details you give us.
When you submit a form on our site (for example, to book a demo or request a quote), we receive the details you enter, such as your name, restaurant, email and phone number, and use them to respond to you. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our website will still work if you do, though chat may not remember your previous conversations.

Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, though no system is ever 100% secure.
