Getting started
What do I need to get started?
A 15-minute call, plus your menu, logo and hours. We do the design, build, App Store submission and setup.
How long does it take to get started?
Most restaurants are set up in 2–3 days, SEO website included. App Store and Google Play review can add a few days.
I'm not the best with technology. Do I have to do anything during setup?
Very little. Send your menu, a few photos and your hours, and you'll learn the dashboard in about 15 minutes.
Platform & features
What happens if I need to make changes to the menu?
Edit it in your dashboard and it updates in your app and website right away.
What kind of support does Menuro provide?
You get one dedicated account manager who sets you up and answers your questions.
What if I already have a POS?
We integrate with Square, Toast, Clover and other major POS systems. For a custom POS, we'll confirm it works before you sign.
Business & pricing
Should I stop using third-party delivery apps?
You don't have to. Many owners keep them for new customers and move repeat orders to their own app at 0% commission.
Are there any contracts or long-term commitments?
No. Month to month, cancel any time, and you keep your customer data.
Do you charge any commissions on orders?
No. You pay 0% commission and we add no fees to the guest's order. Card processing is quoted for your volume.
How is pricing determined?
Plans start at C$49/month plus a one-time setup fee, based on your solutions and locations. Book a call and we'll send an itemized quote, usually within one business day.

How do I get customers to use my new online ordering system?
We give you counter cards, table toppers, and push and SMS invites. Pho 68 signed up about 40 people a day in its first week with the counter tablet.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. Export it any time, and we don't sell or share it.
