What do I need to get started?
Nothing but a 15-minute call. We handle design, development, App Store submission, and configuration. You'll share your menu, branding assets, and hours — and we do the rest.
How long does it take to get started?
Most restaurants go live in 1–2 weeks from signed agreement to app-store launch. Because the app runs on our proven shared template, there's no months-long design phase — just branding, menu setup, and store submission.
I'm not the best with technology — do I have to do anything during setup?
Almost nothing. We ask for your menu, a few photos, and your hours. Everything else — design, build, deployment, training — is handled by our team. You'll learn the dashboard in 15 minutes.

What happens if I need to make changes to the menu?
You edit the menu from your dashboard. Changes sync to the app and website in real time — no waiting on us, no redeployment.
What kind of support does Menuro provide?
24/7 support with real humans. A dedicated success manager for onboarding and an always-available help desk once you're live. Email, chat, and phone.
What if I already have a POS?
We integrate with Square, Toast, Clover, and other major POS systems. Custom POS? Tell us during the discovery call and we'll confirm fit before you sign anything.
Business & pricing
Should I stop using third-party delivery apps?
Not necessarily. Most successful Menuro customers keep delivery apps for discovery but shift repeat orders to their own app — where commissions are zero and customer data is theirs.
Are there any contracts or long-term commitments?
No. Month-to-month billing. Cancel anytime, keep your customer data.
Do you charge any commissions on orders?
0%. You only pay the standard payment-processing fee (typically 2.9% + 30¢) for card transactions, passed through at cost.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on just two things: which solutions you pick and how many locations you operate. Restaurant size, order volume, and ticket size don't change the price. Share your setup on a discovery call and we'll send an itemized quote — usually within one business day.

How do I get customers to use my new online ordering system?
We handle the launch marketing — counter cards, table toppers, push and SMS invitations to anyone in your loyalty program. Most restaurants see 20–30% of existing regulars move to direct ordering within the first month.
